Love it !! but can't find the "hidden pocket"?

"Arrived a couple of days ago and it looks great! Cant wait to use it!! In the videos it showed a "hidden pocket" for putting things like passports and the like in, however I can't find the hidden pocket on my bag. It's either really, really well hidden, or it doesn't exist anymore. Did you stop producing bags with the hidden pocket? It's still showing in the video that came with the QR code on the bag. Keen to hear from you as to where the hidden pocket is , or if its been removed for some reason . Thanks in advance"

Hi there, I bought both

"Hi there, I bought both the MAX and the Flex and we are very happy about purchase. We recommend Airback Frank"

Ottimo materiale e di facile

"Ottimo materiale e di facile manutenzione. Struttura funzionale.

— FRANCESCO P. (5/5)

Nice rucksack but air compression doesn’t really work

"Well made rucksack and lots of good compartments but mainly bought for the compression technology and disappointed that it doesn’t really do anything - just took a bit of air out, did not compress the clothes."

— Ali M. (3/5)

Too heavy

"I have not used it yet, I will when traveling on long flights when I check the luggage. 3. 5 kg when empty is too much for an old lady, especially if the suitcase is overloaded with stuff which can be compressed."
